Allison Rubenstein was born on April 14, 1993. She trained at ENA Paramus during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.
In 2004, Allison finished second on vault and eighth all-around as a level seven at the State Championships. She competed level eight the remainder of the season. She qualified to Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2006. She finished fourth all-around at the Brestyan Invitational in 2007. She competed at Easterns. She competed on the junior team at the Pan American Maccabi Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She helped the United States win the gold medal. Individually, she finished second on beam and fourth all-around. Allison began competing level ten in 2008. She competed at Regionals. In 2009, Allison finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She placed third on beam at Regionals. She competed at the Maccabiah Games in Israel where she placed second with the United States team.
Jamie continued competing level ten in 2010. She finished first on beam at the Rutgers Color Games. She finished third on beam at the State Championships. Allison placed in the top fifteen at Regionals. She competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2011, she finished fourth on bars at the Classic Rock Invitational. She finished sixth all-around at the State Championships. Allison finished 12th all-around at Regionals. She finished in the top ten all-around at the JO National Invitational Tournament.
