Natali Ruzich was born on June 5, 1993. She trained at ENA Paramus during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.

In 2004, Natali placed first on beam and second all-around as a level seven at the State Championships. She competed level eight the remainder of the season. She moved up to level nine in 2005. She competed at Regionals. In 2006, she won bars at the AOGC Invitational. She competed at Easterns. She struggled with injuries in 2007 and 2008. She returned in 2009 to finished third all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won the all-around title at the Unique Classic. She won bars at the State Championships. She finished fourth all-around. At Regionals, she placed first on beam and second all-around. At Easterns, she placed fifth on vault, sixth on bars, first on beam and second all-around.

Natali began competing level ten in 2010. She finished fifth all-around at the Rutgers Color Games. She placed fifth on vault at the Maryland Classic. She finished third on vault at the IGI Chicago Style. At the State Championships, she placed fifth all-around. She finished in the top twenty at the Regional Championships. In 2011, Natali competed on bars at the State Championships.
