Paris Ryder was born on May 12, 1995. She trained at New Image Gymnastics through the 2008 season. She then moved to Hotshots for two seasons. Paris began competing for Gold Medal Gymnastics Center in 2011. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2007, Paris competed level nine. She finished in the top ten at the Buckeye Classic. She competed at Regionals. In 2008, she placed third on beam at the Team Challenge. She finished in the top twenty all-around at Regionals. Paris began competing level ten in 2009. She finished second on floor at the Brestyan Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the Long Island Classic. At the Manhattan Classic, she finished first on vault and second all-around. She placed third on beam and floor at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she finished in the top fifteen all-around.
Paris had a strong 2010 season. She finished first on vault at the New Years Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. In 2011, Paris finished first on beam and the all-around at the Tim Rand Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed third on floor and fourth all-around. She won beam at Regionals. She finished second on vault, floor and the all-around. Paris competed at JO Nationals.
