Heloise L Rytzell was born on January 7, 1996 in Montreal, Canada. She is the daughter of Joel Rytzell. She trained at WOGA until 2005. She then moved to Zenith Elite Gymnastics, which her father owns. Heloise will graduate in 2014.

In 2003, she competed as a level five. She finished fourth all-around at the Rising Stars Invitational. She won a silver medal on floor. At the District Championships, Heloise won beam! She moved up to level six in 2004. She finished second all-around at the Rising Stars Invitational. She won beam and floor. She made the TOP National Team in 2005

By 2006, Heloise was competing as a level eight. She finished fourth on floor at Regionals! Later that year, she qualified for hopes pre-elite. She competed at the US Challenge. Heloise moved up to level nine in 2007. She finished second all-around at the California Classic. She won beam. At States, Heloise finished in the top ten all-around. She qualified to Westerns after finishing fourth on beam at Regionals. At Westerns, Heloise finished fifth on floor. She competed at the US Challenge as a hopes pre-elite after the level nine season. In 2008, Heloise finished third in the all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She also qualified to the 2008 US Challenge. She took the 2009 and 2010 season off to prepare for future competitions.
