Sabrina Garcia was born on December 23, 1996. She trains at Prestige Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2005, Sabrina competed level four. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Parkette Invitational. At the Buckeye Classic, she finished second on bars, beam and the all-around. Sabrina competed level six in 2006. She won beam at the Parkette Invitational. By the end of the year she was competing level seven. Sabrina continued competing level seven in 2007. She won a silver medal on bars at the Hardrock Invitational. At the Buckeye Classic, she won beam and the all-around. Sabrina won bars, beam and the all-around at States.

She moved up to level eight in 2008. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. At the State Championships, Sabrina won bars and floor. She placed second all-around. She ended her season at Regionals where she placed third on bars and first on beam. Sabrina began competing level nine in 2009. She won beam at the Parkette Invitational where she also placed second all-around. At the San Diego Classic, she placed second on beam. She finished second on floor at the Buckeye Classic. She finished fourth on beam at States. Sabrina won beam at Regionals! She placed tenth all-around.

She continued competing level nine in 2010. She won bars and the all-around at the Parkette Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she finished second on floor. Sabrina won bars and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She also won the all-around title at the State Championships. At Regionals, Sabrina swept the gold medals. She ended her season at Easterns, winning beam and the all-around! She also placed sixth on vault, fourth on bars and third on floor.
