Allie Salas was born on July 25, 1994. She trained at Alpha Omega through the 2007 season. She briefly trained at Xtreme Gymnastics before moving to Edge in 2008. Allie will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2005, Allie finished 12th all-around at the State Championships as a level six. She moved up to level seven in the fall. She finished third all-around at the Fall Fest. In 2006, Allie placed third on floor at the GymQuarters Invite. She moved up to level eight for the 2007 season. In 2008, she finished fourth on beam at the IGI Chicago Style. She competed at Regionals. Allie moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished second on beam at the California Classic. She won beam at the Pink Ribbon Invitational. Allie finished in the top ten at Regionals.

Allie continued competing level nine in 2010. She placed second all-around at the New Year Invitational. She finished second on beam and floor at the Denver Winter Fest. She finished second on floor at the Wine Country Classic. Allie won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Missouri Winter Games. She won floor and the all-around at the Tim Rand Invitational. She placed second on floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished third on floor. Allie competed at Westerns.
