Jubilee Sappington was born on June 4, 1994. She trains at Flight School Gymnastics in Oregon. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2004, Jubilee competed level eight. She finished third all-around at the Vegas Vacation meet. She moved up to level nine in 2005. She finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. In 2006, Jubilee finished second all-around and first on beam at the Flips USA Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen all-around at Regionals. Jubilee finished second on beam and first on floor at Regionals in 2007. In 2008, Jubilee won the all-around title at the National Judges Cup. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault and the all-around. She finished second on floor at Regionals. At Westerns, she finished 26th all-around.

Jubilee began competing level ten in 2009. She finished second on beam at the California Classic. She won all five gold medals at the Rose City Challenge. At the State Championships, she placed first on all four events and the all-around. She finished fourth on beam at Regionals. Jubilee placed sixth on beam at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2010, Jubilee finished in the top ten all-around at Regionals. She placed sixth on bars at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2011, she finished second all-around at the Rose City Challenge. She won bars at the Emerald Team Challenge with a 9.500. At the State Championships, she placed second all-around. She finished eighth all-around and second on bars at Regionals. She finished in the top fifteen all-around at the JO National Invitational Tournament.
