Elizabeth Scheder was born on December 27, 1995. She trained at USA Elite Gymnastics through the 2009 season. She trained at Gymfinity through March of 2010. She then moved to Champion Gymnastics Academy in Stockton, California. She will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2006, Elizabeth competed level four. She finished in the top ten at the Raisin Festival. She won vault at the Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree. She finished second all-around. At the State Championships, she placed second all-around. She competed level five in 2007. She finished second all-around at the Meet at Mavericks. She won floor at the Flip Flop Luau. At the Raisin Fest, she won bars. Elizabeth won bars, floor and the all-around at the Tumble in the Jungle. She won the all-around title at the Zone Championships. At the State Championships, she won vault and the all-around. Elizabeth finished first on vault, floor and the all-around at the 2008 National Judges Cup. She moved up to level six a week later, finishing second all-around at the Tachi Palace Invitational.
Two months after competing level five, Elizabeth competed at the Novato Classic as a level seven. She won vault at the Very Merry UnBirthday. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault and floor. She finished third all-around. In December, Elizabeth qualified to the NorCal National Judges Cup Team. She finished third on floor at the National Judges Cup. She competed as a level eight at the Wine Country Classic. Elizabeth competed level eight in 2010. She finished second on bars at the MEGA Invitational and Pikes Peak Cup. She finished first on vault and bars at the Spring Roundup. Elizabeth finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. She placed in the top fifteen at Regionals.
