Megan Schell was born on April 18, 1996. She trains at LaFleur's Largo. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2004, Megan competed level four. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2005. She finished first on beam and second on vault at the State Championships. She continued competing level five in 2006, winning vault, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. Megan competed level seven in 2007. She won vault and bars at the Lightning City Classic. At the State Championships, she finished second on vault and fourth on bars.

Megan moved up to level eight in 2008. She finished fourth on bars at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the State Championships. She qualified as a member of Florida's State Team for Regionals, where she placed fourth on bars. In 2009, Megan finished third all-around at the Hilton Head Island Invitational. At the Daytona Beach Open, she won bars and the all-around. Megan won bars at the Gasparilla Classic. At the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational, she finished first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around. At the State Championships, Megan finished third all-around. She won beam and placed second all-around at Regionals.

She began competing level nine in 2010. She finished second on bars at the Tampa Bay Classic. Megan won bars at the Sand Dollar Invitational and Atlanta Centennial Classic. At the Buckeye Classic, she finished second on bars. Megan won bars at the State Championships where she finished fifth all-around. At Regionals, she placed fourth on bars and ninth all-around.
