Becca Schugel was born on October 7, 1995. She trains at TAGS Apple Valley. Becca will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2006, Becca competed level eight. She placed second on beam and fourth all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. She moved up to level ten in 2007. She finished fourth on floor and sixth all-around at Regionals. In 2008, Becca finished third on beam and fifth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. Becca finished second on beam at the Winter Sun Invitational in 2009. She won floor and the all-around at the Harley Davidson meet. At Regionals, she finished 12th all-around.
Becca placed third all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational in 2010. She finished fifth all-around at the Northern Lights Invitational. She qualified to event finals. At the State Championships, she placed fourth on floor. She finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. Becca competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2011, Becca finished third on vault, beam and floor at the Harley Davidson meet. She placed second all-around at the Northern Lights Classic. She finished second on vault at the State and Regional Championships. At the 2012 Chow's Winter Classic, she placed third on beam and floor.
