Julia Schwartz was born on January 9, 1996. She trains at Arizona Dynamics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2003, Julia competed level five. She won vault at the PGA Invitational. She placed second on vault, bars and the all-around at the State Championships. In the spring of 2004, she won vault, bars and the all-around at the Mardi Gras Meet. She won all five gold medals at the Cactus Cup. At the Spring State Championships, Julia won vault, bars and the all-around. She moved up to level six in the fall. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. At the Spring State Championships in 2005, she won vault. She finished third all-around.

Julia competed level seven in 2006. She won vault, bars, and the all-around at the Winter Sun Invitational. She finished first on vault and bars at both the Hard Rock Invitational and Cactus Cooler Invitational. At the State Championships, she won vault, bars, floor and the all-around. Julia moved up to level eight in 2007. She finished first on all five events at the San Diego Classic. She placed second all-around at the Shamrock Invitational. Julia won the all-around title at the State Championships. She finished in the top ten all-around at Regionals.

She moved up to level nine in 2008. She finished third all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. Julia finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Westerns. In 2009, Julia finished third all-around at the Lady luck Invitational. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Mardi Gras Challenge. Julia won vault at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational and floor at the Hard Rock Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars, floor and the all-around. Julia competed at Regionals.

Julia began competing level ten in 2010. She missed most of the season due to an elbow injury. In 2011, Julia finished second all-around at the National Judges Cup. She placed third all-around at both the Lady Luck Invitational and Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She won vault at the Classic Rock Invitational. Julia finished third all-around at the Alamo Classic. She won vault at the State Championships. Julia finished in the top fifteen all-around at Regionals.
