Christine Shrager was born on March 30, 1994. She trained at APEX through the 2005 season. She then spent one year with Superior. She has competed for Sonshine Gymnastics since 2007. Christine will graduate in 2012.
In 2002, Christine finished eleventh all-around at the Level 4 State Championships. In 2003, she won vault, bars and the all-around at the Salem Fall Classic. She moved up to level five in 2004. She finished third all-around at the Autumn Invitational. She won beam at the Rocktoberfest. At the Novice State meet, she finished first on bars and third all-around. Christine won beam and placed fourth all-around at the Level 5 State Championships. In 2005, Christine won bars and placed second all-around at the Lumberton Fun Meet as a level six. She won beam and the all-around at the St. Patrick's Day Invitational as a prep-optional.
As a level seven in 2006, Christine won beam at the Sweetheart meet. In 2008, she competed level eight. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. In 2009, Christine won floor at the NRG Challenge and Sweetheart meet. She placed third all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. At the Charleston Cup, she finished third on vault. Christine won bars, floor and the all-around at the KPAC Cup. She placed third all-around at Regionals. She qualified for Easterns. In 2010, Christine finished third all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational. At Regionals, she won floor and the all-around. She placed third on bars and seventh all-around at Easterns.
