Amanda Siebert was born on April 18, 1991. She trained at Williams Center in Arkansas during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2009.

In 2005, Amanda competed level nine. She placed in the top ten on vault at Westerns. She moved up to level ten in 2006. Amanda won all five gold medals at the State Championships. She repeated this feat in 2007. In 2008, Amanda won her third straight all-around crown at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished eleventh all-around. Amanda missed her senior season due to injury.

As a freshman at Arkansas, Amanda competed on vault ten times and floor event times. Amanda competed on vault and floor throughout the 2011 season. She was a member of the SEC Community Service Team and SEC Academic Honor Roll.
