Sarah Miller was born on June 25, 1992. She trained at Berks East during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2010.
In 2004, Sarah competed level eight. She won vault at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2005. She finished first on beam, second on floor and fourth all-around at Regionals. She finished 18th all-around at Easterns. In 2006, Sarah won beam and floor at the Dutch Classic. She won vault, floor and the all-around at Regionals. She finished first on beam and floor at Easterns. She finished seventh on vault and third all-around!
Sarah moved up to level ten in 2008. She finished third on vault at the State Championships. Sarah won floor at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed sixth on vault and second on floor. In 2009, Sarah won vault, floor and the all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. She won vault at the WOGA Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault and floor. Sarah won the all-around title at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fourth on vault, seventh on beam and tenth on floor. In 2010, she won vault at the Capital Cup.
