Haley Spector was born on October 18, 1995. She trained at Truckee Meadows Gymnastics until the summer of 2003. She then moved to Deltchev following the 2008 season. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2003, Haley competed level four. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Vegas Vacation meet. She competed level five in 2004. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Flips USA Invitational. At the Sweetheart Invitational, she placed first on bars, beam, floor and the all-around. Haley won vault and bars at the State Championships. She placed second all-around. She moved up to level six for the 2005 season. Haley finished first on vault and bars at the Flips USA Invitational. At the Golden State Classic, she won the all-around title. At the State Championships, Haley won bars, beam and the all-around.

Haley moved up to level seven in 2006. She won vault at the Flips USA Invitational and Golden State Classic. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, Haley won bars, floor and the all-around. She won vault, bars, and the all-around at the State Championships. She competed level eight in 2007. She finished first on vault at the flips USA Invitational. Haley placed third all-around at the San Diego Classic and second all-around at the Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, she won vault and placed second all-around. She finished third on bars at Regionals.

She began competing level nine in 2008. She won the all-around title at the Flips USA Invitational. She did not compete in the championship season. In 2009, Haley finished second all-around at the Roseville Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Surf City Classic. Haley won vault and floor at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. At the State Championships, she placed first on beam and second all-around. Haley won floor and finished third all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, Haley placed sixth on floor, fourth all-around and fifth on bars and beam.

Haley began competing level ten in 2010. She finished second all-around at the Great West Gym Fest and third all-around at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. Haley placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top twenty all-around at Regionals. In 2011, Haley won vault and the all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed first on floor at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. Haley placed second on floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished sixth all-around. Haley placed second on beam and fourth on floor at JO Nationals! She finished eleventh all-around.
