Jordan Stavrou was born on March 21, 1999. She trained at Dallas Gymnastics Center until the gym closed in the spring of 2007. During the summer, Jordan continued to train with Helen Veruuchi, renting space from Zenith Elite Gymnastics. Jordan trained at Plano Unlimited from 2008 to 2009 before following her coach to Eagle's Wings Athletics in the summer of 2009. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2006, Jordan competed level five. She placed second in the all-around at the North State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2007. She won beam, floor, bars and the all-around at the District Championships. At the North State Championships, Jordan won beam and the all-around. She ended her season by winning bars, beam, and the all-around at the State Championships in the gold division. Jordan was a National TOPs Diamond Team Member in the fall of 2007.

She immediately moved in to level seven competition in 2008. She finished second on vault, beam and in the all-around at the WOGA Classic. At the Rose City Classic, she won beam, floor and the all-around. Jordan placed second in the all-around and first on vault at the North State Championships. At the State Championships, she finished second on beam, bars and in the all-around. In the fall, she made the National TOPs Team.

Jordan competed level eight in 2009. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Metroplex Challenge. She won the all-around at the North State Qualifier. At States, she placed second all-around. She won beam! Jordan ended her level eight season by placing third all-around at Regionals. In the fall, she participated in Developmental Elite Training Camps. This earned her a spot on the USA National Team Training Squad! Jordan plans to compete level ten in 2010.
