Angela Stein was born on March 10, 1994. She trains at Atlanta North Stars. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2007, Angela competed level eight. She finished second on floor at the Go For It Classic. She placed first on beam, second on floor and second all-around at Regionals. In 2008, she won bars at the IGI Chicago Style. She finished first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge. At Regionals, she placed third all-around. Angela moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished second on beam at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed second on vault at the Atlanta Centennial Classic. At the Spring Break-Out meet, she won vault and bars. She placed first on vault at the National Gymnastics Challenge. At the State Championships, she finished third all-around. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed fifth on beam. She finished eighth all-around.

Angela began competing level ten in 2010. She finished second on beam at the Atlanta Centennial Classic. She finished first on bars and the all-around at the Mardi Gras meet. Angela won the all-around title at the Spring Fling. She finished eleventh all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished eighth all-around. Angela competed on two events at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2011, Angela finished third all-around at the Flip Fest Invitational. She placed third on beam at the Atlanta Centennial Classic. At the Spring Break-Out meet, she finished second all-around. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. Angela competed at Regionals.
