Stephanie Stowe was born on October 14, 1994. She began gymnastics at the age of eighteen months. She trains at Desert Devils Gymnastics.
In 2003, Stephanie competed level five. She won vault at the Sweetheart Invitational. She placed second all-around. Stephanie also finished second all-around at the Shamrock Invite and third all-around at the Desert Devils Classic. She was then fast tracked, competing level eight in 2006. Stephanie won vault at the Hard Rock Invite. She placed second on floor at the Winter Classic. At States, she won vault, bars, beam and the all-around. Stephanie ended her season by finishing second all-around at the Regional Championships. Stephanie finished in the top ten on vault.
Stephanie competed level ten in 2007. She finished third on bars at the Crystal Cup. Stephanie won bars and placed second all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the Flagstaff Winter Classic, Stephanie finished third all-around. She won bars, floor and the all-around at States. At Regionals, she won bars and placed second all-around. This qualified her for her first JO National Championships.
She continued competing as a level ten in 2008. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. An injury kept her out of most of the season. She returned in 2009 with much success. Stephanie won the all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, Hardrock Invitational and Great West Gymfest. At the State Championships, she also won the all-around. Stephanie finished second at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed third on vault and sixth all-around! In 2010, Stephanie competed at the State Championships. She placed third on beam and fifth on floor, her only events.
