Paige Stubna was born on January 3, 1995. She trains with G-Force at West Virginia Gymnastics Training Center. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

Paige competed level seven during the 2006-2007 season. She won vault and floor at the Big Dog Invitational. She moved up to level eight in 2008. She finished fourth all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. She won vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. Paige moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished first on vault at the Stars and Stripes Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Capital Cup. Paige won all five gold medals at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.

In 2010, Paige finished fourth on vault at the Buckeye Classic. She finished sixth all-around at the State Championships. Paige won vault and the all-around at the 2011 Stars and Stripes Invitational. She won vault at the Capital Cup. At Regionals, she placed third on vault, second on bars and fourth all-around. Paige finished fifth on vault and sixth on beam at Easterns.
