Rachel Stypinski was born on June 19, 1996. She trains at Silvia's Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2004, she competed level five. She finished second on beam and fifth all-around at the Friendship Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault and placed third on beam. She moved up to level six in 2005. She won floor and the all-around at the Dutch Classic. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault, second on floor and third all-around. Rachel competed level seven in 2006. She finished second on vault and fourth all-around at the Maryland Classic. In 2007, she competed level eight. She won vault and the all-around at the Maryland Classic. At Regionals, she won beam, floor and the all-around.

Rachel competed level nine in 2008. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Easterns, she won floor. She finished 15th all-around. In 2010, Rachel competed level nine. She won the all-around at the Silvia Invitational. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed eighth all-around. She ended her season at the JO National Invitational Tournament, finishing third all-around and first on floor.

She continued competing level ten in 2010. She finished second on floor at the Maryland Classic. She won bars at the Silvia Invitational and WOGA Classic. At the State Championships, she finished first on floor. She placed second all-around at Regionals. She ended her season at JO Nationals.
