Morgan Suma was born on April 8, 1997. She trained at Crystal Lake Gymnastics. She began training at Legacy Elite Gymnastics in the summer of 2010. She will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2007, Morgan competed level six. She moved up to level seven in 2008. She finished second on vault at the Bravo Classic. She competed level eight in 2009. She finished first on vault at the Bravo Classic. She placed second on vault and floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Hardrock Invitational, she finished second on vault. Morgan placed fourth on floor at Regionals.

Morgan began competing level nine in 2010. She won beam and floor at the Harley Davidson Invite. In 2011, she finished first on floor at the Bravo Classic. She placed second on floor at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. At the IGI Chicago Style, she won floor. Morgan placed third on beam and floor at the WOGA Classic. She placed second on floor at the Arena Classic.
