Susie Miller was born on January 5, 1993. She trained at Technique Gymnastics during her club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.
In 2003, Susie competed level seven. She finished fourth on vault at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2004. She competed at Regionals. In 2005, Susie won beam at the California Classic. She placed second on vault and third on floor at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. In 2006, she won vault at the Golden State Classic. She finished second on vault at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the Kurt Thomas Invitational, she won vault. She placed third on vault at both the State and Regional Championships.
Susie moved up to level nine in 2007. She finished third on floor at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won floor at the Hard Rock Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault and third on floor. She finished second on floor at Regionals. In 2008, Susie won floor at the National Judges Cup. She won vault at both the IGI Chicago Style and Battle in Seattle. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault. She competed at Regionals. Susie finished second all-around at the 2009 Long Beach Open. She won vault at the Golden State Classic. At the State Championships, she finished fifth all-around. She was the alternate for Westerns.
She began competing level ten in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Aloha Gymfest. She placed second all-around at the Battle in Seattle meet. At the State Championships, she placed second on floor. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she finished in the top fifteen. In 2011, Susie finished second all-around at the Battle in Seattle. She finished third on floor at the Golden State Classic. Susie placed in the top ten at the State Championships. She finished 15th all-around at Regionals.
