Nicole Swirbalus was born on April 10, 1997. Nicole trained at New England Sports Academy through the 2009 season. She then moved to Brestyan's. She will graduate from high school in 2015.
In 2005, Nicole competed level four. She won beam and placed second all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2006. In 2007, Nicole competed level seven. She won vault and floor at the Brestyan Invitational. At the State Championships, she won the all-around title. Nicole competed level seven in 2008. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Boston Classic. In 2009, Nicole competed level eight. She won vault and the all-around at the Little Bigger Invitational. At the American Flyer's Cup, she placed third on bars and beam. She finished third on bars at the State Championships. At Regionals, Nicole placed eleventh all-around.
Nicole moved up to level nine in 2010. She finished third on floor at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed third on beam at the AOGC Invitational. At the Parkette Invitational, she won vault, beam and floor. Nicole placed second on beam at the Starlight Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and placed fourth all-around. She finished sixth on beam at Easterns.
