Cierra Collica-Talcott was born on February 10, 1993. Her sister, Bre, competed for Hamline University. Cici trained at Champion USA through the 2003 season. She then moved to Gedderts' Twistars USA. She will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2003, Cici competed level six. She competed at the State Championships. She competed level eight in 2005. Cici won floor at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2006, Cici won vault and the all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. Cici moved up to level nine in 2007. She finished third on bars at the Motown Madness meet. She competed at Easterns. In 2008, Cici finished fourth on floor at the For Love or Money meet. She finished fifth on floor at the State Championships.

Cici did not compete in club during the 2009 or 2010 seasons. She was very successful as a high school gymnast. She returned to level nine competition in 2011. She placed second all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. Cici won floor at the Twistars Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around. She finished third on floor at the WOGA Classic. She finished first on vault, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault and floor. She placed fourth all-around, second on vault and fifth on bars at Easterns. She won floor.
