Miranda Telmanik was born on August 8, 1995. She trained at Gemini Gymnastics in Pennsylvania before moving to Maryland when she was a level seven. She began training at Docksiders. After the 2007 season, Miranda trained at Unique Sports Academy for two years. She returned to Docksiders after the 2009 season. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2006, Miranda competed level eight. She competed at the State Championships. In 2007, Miranda placed third on bars at the State Championships. She moved up to level nine in 2008. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. In 2009, Miranda placed second on bars at the Aerials Invitational. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Columbia Challenge. At the Unique Classic, she won beam. She placed second on bars at the Frederick Classic. At the State Championships, she finished fourth all-around. She placed in the top ten at Regionals.
Miranda continued competing level nine in 2010. She won bars at the Brestyan Invitational. She placed second on bars at the Parkette Invitational and Northern Lights Classic. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. Miranda competed at Regionals. She began competing level ten in 2011. She placed third on beam at the Maryland Classic. She finished third all-around at the Parkette Invitational. At the Sweetheart Invitational, she finished fourth all-around. Miranda placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. She finished 15th all-around at Regionals.
