Casey Teska was born on August 3, 1994. She has two sisters, Carly and Christy, who are also gymnasts. Casey trained at Diamond Gymnastics through the 2007 season. She then moved to 10.0 Gymnastics Academy in Massachusetts. She will graduate from high school in 2012.
In 2006, Casey competed level six. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. Casey moved up to level seven in 2007. She continued competing level seven in 2008. In 2009, Casey placed third all-around at the FJC Invitational. She placed first on beam and floor at the Tim Daggett Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished fourth all-around.
Casey moved up to level eight for the 2009-2010 season. She finished second on floor at the Pilgrim Harvest Invitational. She won bars and the all-around at the 10.0 Candy Cane Classic. In January, she placed second on bars at the Star Struck Invitational. Casey won vault and floor at the Kick Off Classic. At the New Years Invitational, she won floor. Casey placed in the top ten at the State Championships. She finished third on floor. Casey moved up to level nine in the fall of 2010. She competed at both the Pilgrim Harvest Invitational and Thompsons Holiday Invitational.
Casey also participates in track and field. She qualified to the 2011 Outdoor National Championships in pole vault.
