Mollie Thode was born on September 9, 1993. She trains at Gymnastics Revolution.

In 2004, she competed as a level eight. She finished sixth all-around at States. Mollie competed at Regionals. She competed as a level eight again in 2005. She won the Brestyan Invitational. At the Regional Championships, Mollie finished fourth all-around. She won two silver medals, one on beam and the other on vault.

Mollie moved up to level nine in 2006. She finished second all-around at the I Love NY Cup. She won floor. Mollie won the Aquafina Team Challenge. At States, she finished third all-around. She won beam and floor. She ended her season by winning beam at Regionals.

She competed as a level nine again in 2007. Mollie finished fourth all-around at States. She competed at Regionals. In 2008, she finished second on vault at the Aquafina Team Challenge. She won beam and floor at States. She did not compete on vault. She finished third on beam and floor at the 2009 IGI Chicago Style. She won beam at the Brestyan Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at States. She won beam.
