Stephanie Toubman was born on December 7, 1988. She trained at USGTC which became Azarian USGTC. Stephanie briefly trained with American Powerhouse TNT in the fall of 2007. She graduated from high school in 2007.
In 2001, Stephanie competed level seven. She placed second all-around at the State Championships. In 2002, Stephanie placed second at JO Nationals in level nine double mini. Stephanie competed level ten in trampoline, double mini and tumbling in 2003. She competed in finals at the JO National Championships in tumbling. In 2004, Stephanie competed level nine in artistic. She placed second on vault at the State Championships. She also competed as a junior elite in trampoline, tumbling and double mini.
Stephanie continued competing level nine in 2005. She finished second on floor at the Surf City Classic. She won floor at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she placed fourth on vault. Stephanie finished second on trampoline and double mini as a junior elite at the State Championships. In 2006, Stephanie finished first on bars at the California Classic. She won floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, Stephanie placed second on vault. She placed eighth on vault, seventh on bars, fourth on floor and eighth all-around at Westerns! In 2007, Stephanie competed at her second Level 9 Western Championships. She also placed third on double mini at the Elite Challenge. She then moved up to senior elite. She finished fourth on double mini at the Stars and Stripes Cup. In 2008, Stephanie placed second on double mini at the Visa Championships.
As a freshman at Sac State in 2009, Stephanie exhibitioned on vault twice. She also had one exhibition on floor. After working her way into the floor lineup for the 2010 season, Stephanie tore her ACL. She did not compete in 2011 due to injury.
