Tiara Rapp was born on November 20, 1994. Her twin sister Tamara is also a gymnast. Tiara trains at Hawaiian Island Twisters. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2002, Tiara made the Diamond National TOPs Team. She competed level seven in 2003. She made the National TOPs Team. In 2005, she competed level eight. She won bars and the all-around at the Ku'uipo Classic. She qualified for the Hawaiian State Team for Regionals. In 2006, she finished second all-around and first on floor as a level nine at Regionals. She qualified for Westerns. in 2007, Tiara won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed second all-around at Regionals. She finished her season at Westerns.

Tiara competed level ten in 2008. She won bars at Regionals. She finished third all-around. She competed at JO nationals. In 2009, Tiara won floor at the Gymnastics in Paradise meet. She finished second all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. Tiara did not compete in 2010.
