Taylor Redmond was born on February 8, 1994. She will graduate from Nanuet Senior High School in 2012. She trains at Galaxy Gymnastics.

In 2003, Taylor competed level six. She moved up to level eight in 2005. She finished fifth all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She qualified for Regionals. Taylor continued competing level eight in 2006. She finished fourth all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational and Level 8 State Championships. At Regionals, she finished fifth all-around. She placed first on beam and second on vault and bars.

Taylor began competing level nine in 2007. She won the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. At States, she placed third on floor and fifth all-around. She placed in the top ten at Regionals. She qualified for Easterns! She continued competing level nine in 2008. She finished third all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed fifteenth all-around.

Her first year of level ten was in 2009. She finished second on beam at the Team Challenge. At States, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She placed in the top seven at Regionals, qualifying for JO Nationals! Taylor began her 2009-2010 season at the Balloon Classic, winning floor and the all-around. She finished second all-around at the Pinky Stone Invitational. She finished first on floor and the all-around at the 2010 East Coast Classic. At Regionals, she placed second on beam and fourth all-around. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2011, Taylor won vault at the Presidential Classic. She finished second on vault and floor at the Niagra Cup. She placed fourth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.
