Vanasia Bradley was born on January 21, 1999. She trained at Mills Gymnastics USA in 2007. She trained with Euro Stars for one season before moving to Splitz Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2007, Vanasia competed level four. She moved up to level five in 2008. She finished third all-around at the Twistars Invitational. In 2009, Vanasia finished first on vault and floor at the Twistars Invitational. She won floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Motown Madness meet, she won bars and beam. Vanasia finished first on beam and the all-around at the Wildfire Challenge Invitational. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. Vanasia skipped level six and competed level seven in 2010. She finished second all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She won floor and the all-around at the San Diego Classic. Vanasia won all five gold medals at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Gasparilla Classic, she won vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Vanasia finished first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Motown Madness meet. At the State Championships, she won all five gold medals.

Vanasia competed one level eight meet in 2011, winning vault at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. She then moved up to level nine. She finished first on vault, beam and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She won beam at the Motown Madness meet. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and the all-around. She finished fifth on vault, first on bars, third on beam and second all-around at Easterns! In December, she competed as a level ten at The Cup meet. She did not compete the remainder of the 2012 season. In 2013, she finished first on bars at the Tulip City Invitational. She qualified to junior international elite at the City of Lights Invitational. She finished sixth on vault at the US Classic, qualifying for the US National Championships. She placed second on vault and eleventh all-around at the US National Championships!
