Kiah Venzon was born on December 27, 1994. She trained at Club Champion until the fall of 2006. She then began training at All Olympic Gymnastics Center. In the fall of 2010, she began training at West Coast Elite. She moved to AGA just before the 2011 season. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2005, Kiah competed level five. She won a silver medal on vault at the First Prelim. At the Second Prelim, she placed second all-around. Kiah won vault, floor and the all-around at Sectionals. She ended her season at the State Championships, placing first on beam and fourth all-around. Kiah competed level seven in 2007. She finished third all-around at the AOGC Invitational. At the Golden State Friendship Challenge, she placed second all-around. She won beam and floor. Kiah ended her season with a second place finish at State. She also placed second on bars and floor.

Kiah moved up to level eight in 2008. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She placed second all-around at the Golden State Friendship Challenge. At the State Championships, she won the all-around title! Kiah ended her season at Regionals, winning floor and the all-around. She also placed second on vault and bars and third on beam. Kiah competed one level eight meet in 2009, winning vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the San Diego Classic. She missed most of the season due to a serious illness. She began competing level nine in 2010. She placed third all-around and first on bars at the California Classic. She finished third on floor at State. At Regionals, Kiah won bars. She placed second all-around, qualifying for Level 9 Westerns. Kiah ended her season by placing second all-around at Westerns. She won bars and placed third on beam.
