Victoria Martin was born on January 11, 1998. She trained at Olympia Gymnastics in North Carolina through the 2009 season. She then moved to Chow's Gymnastics in Iowa. She will graduate from high school in 2016.

In 2005, Victoria competed level four. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Biltmore Classic. She won all five events at the Harvest Hoe Down. At the State Championships, Victoria finished third all-around and first on beam. She competed level six in 2006. She won bars at the Starlight Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars and finished third all-around. In 2008, Victoria competed level seven. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships.

Victoria competed level eight in 2009. She won beam at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She finished third on beam at the Sand Dollar Invitational. Victoria won bars at the WOGA Classic, scoring a perfect 10.0! At the Tiger Paw Invitational, she won vault and floor. Victoria won vault, floor and the all-around at the KPAC Cup. At the State Championships, she won floor and the all-around. She won bars at Regionals. She finished second all-around. Victoria missed the 2010 season.
