Courtney VonBraunsberg was born on May 1, 1995. Courtney trains at New Image Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2007, Courtney competed level eight. She moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished third on bars at the Manhattan Classic. At the State Championships, she placed fourth on vault and eighth all-around. Courtney finished third on bars and fourth all-around at Regionals. At Level 9 Easterns, she finished sixth on bars. Courtney began competing level ten in 2010. She finished fifth all-around at the Manhattan Classic. At Regionals, she finished third on bars and sixth all-around. Courtney ended her season at JO Nationals.
