Fallon Way was born on January 15, 1997. She trained at Eastern National Academy in 2007. She then moved to North Stars Gymnastics in Boonton, New Jersey.

In 2007, Fallon competed level seven. She finished first on vault at the San Diego Classic. Fallon moved up to level nine in 2010. She placed third on floor at the Parkette Invitational. She finished second on beam at the John Pancott Invitational. At the Excalibur Cup, she finished second on floor. Fallon finished fourth on beam at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on beam. Fallon competed at Easterns. She placed sixth on beam and 13th all-around.
