Stacie Webb was born on September 13, 1994. She trained at Crescenta Valley Gymnastics Club through the 2007 season. She then moved to Gym-Max. Stacie will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2005, Stacie competed level six. She won floor at the 1st Prelim. Stacie won bars, bars, floor and the all-around at the Spirals Invitational in January of 2006. She moved up to level seven in 2007. She won floor at the Character Counts! Classic. Stacie won beam at the Spirals Invitational and Gold Country Classic. She finished first on beam at the State Championships. In 2008, Stacie finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the National Judges Cup. She won bars, beam, and floor at the AOGC Invitational. Stacie won beam and floor at the Top Flight Invite. At the State Championships, Stacie finished first on beam, floor and the all-around.

Stacie competed level eight in 2009. She won floor at the Team OC Classic. Stacie won all five gold medals at the Long Beach Open. At the State Championships, she won vault and finished second all-around. Stacie won vault and beam at Regionals. She placed second all-around. She competed one level nine meet in 2010, finished second all-around at the San Diego Classic. She then moved up to level ten. She finished third all-around at the San Diego Classic. Stacie placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. She finished seventh all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals, placing fourth on beam. In 2011, Stacie finished second all-around at the Team OC Classic. She won beam at the Heart of a Champion meet. At the Malibu Coast Challenge, she placed second on vault. Stacie won vault at the State Championships. She finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. She placed second on vault and beam.
