Kaitlin Won was born on July 26, 1996. She trained at Arizona Illusions through the fall 2003 season. She then moved to Desert Devils. Kaitlin moved to Arizona Dynamics in 2006. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2003, Kaitlin competed level four. She continued competing level four in 2004. She finished third all-around at the Shamrock Invitational. She won vault and bars at the Tumbleweeds Halloween meet. She finished first all-around at the School Days Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars, beam and the all-around. Kaitlin moved up to level five in 2005. She finished first on vault at the State Championships. She placed second all-around. Kaitlin did not compete in 2006. In 2007, she competed one level six meet at the Rock-n-Roll Classic.

Kaitlin began competing level eight in 2008. She finished fourth all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She placed second on floor at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. Kaitlin moved up to level nine in 2009. She won all five gold medals at the Mardi Gras Challenge. She finished third all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the State Championships, Kaitlin finished third all-around. She placed fifth all-around at Regionals. She finished 13th all-around at Westerns.

Kaitlin moved up to level ten in 2010. She won vault and floor at the Mardi Gras Challenge. She finished second all-around at the Chinese New Year Celebration. At the State Championships, she placed third all-around. She finished in the top twenty all-around at Regionals. In 2011, Kaitlin finished fourth all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Chinese New Year Celebration. At the State Championships, she won vault and placed third all-around. She competed at Regionals.
