Carleigh Wrobel was born on June 16, 1993. She began gymnastics at the age of three at Capital Gymnastics in Burke, Virginia, where she still trains today. She will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2003, Carleigh competed level five. She moved up to level six in 2004. In 2005, she won the all-around at the Maryland Classic as a level seven. She won bars at the State Championships. Carleigh won bars at the Capital Cup in 2006 as a level eight. She moved up to level nine in 2007. At the State Championships, she won bars and the all-around! Carleigh won the all-around at Regionals. She did not compete on all four events at Easterns.

She moved up to level ten in 2008. At the State Championships, she finished fourth all-around. Carleigh struggled with injuries during the 2009 season. In 2010, Carleigh placed in the top ten at the Maryland Classic and Metroplex Challenge. She placed 20th all-around at Regionals.
