Sarah Zoldos was born on September 18, 1992. She trained at Gemini Gymnastics through the 2004 season. She then moved to Victory Gymnastics. Sarah moved to LaFleur's Tampa after the 2009 season. She graduated from high school in 2010.

In 2004, Sarah competed level seven. She won vault, bars, beam, and the all-around at the Gasparilla Classic. She competed level eight in 2006. She won vault, floor and the all-around at Regionals. Sarah moved up to level nine in 2007. She won vault at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She placed second at the Gasparilla Classic. At the Lightning City Invitational, she won vault and beam. Sarah placed second on vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won the all-around title! She finished 14th at Easterns.

Sarah began competing level ten in 2008. She won vault at the Gasparilla Classic. She finished second on floor at Regionals. In 2009, she finished first on vault at the Gasparilla Classic. She placed in the top ten at the State and Regional Championships. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2010, she finished second on bars at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She won vault and bars at the Daytona Beach Open and Tim Rand Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars and the all-around. She finished first on bars and fourth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fourth on vault, eighth on bars and sixth all-around.
